Odawara Johoku Rotary club

We, Araliya scholarship foundation are a result of Odawar Johoku Rotary club. The club is situated in Japan and its history runs for ages. It is a small organization, which is indeed dedicated to the charity service. It was born with the ultimate theme of lending its hand to create a better world.
Today it has accomplished many of achievements and shown the strengths to the world. The rotary club never expected a profit and never expect, but it expects all outcomes; the world gained, as their profits. Thus it extends its hands to every nook and corner in the world.
It accidentally happened step to our small island Sri Lanka in the year 2004. By the time the country had faced with natural hazard; tsunami, Odawara Johoku Rotary club extended their hands to the innocent people who were homeless and strayed. As a result of that they started a housing project at Weligam in Matara district. As well as the second thought of it they decided to give their hands to poor children who are talented but unable to continue their education because of financial difficulties and the lack of resources.

What is Araliya Scholarship Foundation?

We Araliya Scholarship Foundation born from ODAVARA JOHOKU ROTARY CLUB after a thought of seeing the disaster of tsunami on 26th December 2004.
We have been touching the people’s hearts for ages fulfilling their hopes and aspirations and needs,
We give the people but not to invest.
We could talk to the hearts of people all over the world even in Sri Lanka now.
Our on–going Scholarship Program used to be restricted only to the Japan is now extended its hand to the Sri Lankan people. This vital relationship is happened start because of the one impotent character that represents Sri Lanka on this program. He who once used to gain a scholarship from this club when he stayed in Japan as a student.   
Now the patron of Araliya Scholarship Foundation and the rewarding support from Odawara  Johoku Rotary Club are going to be the unprecedented portal to the future of Sri Lankan (children’s welfare) scholarship program.

This project is going to be established as a proposal of,
                  “Odawara Johoku Rotary Club”
The patron  Mr. Priyanka Perera, on behalf of Sri Lanka is in charge of the foundation.

When we considerate the overall circumstances of the Sri Lankan students, it would be sanctified that if they are supported by any organizations or person who is willing to give a hand.

The acclaimed intention of this foundation is to support to the Sri Lankan students, who have talents but unable to continue their education because of financial difficulties and the lack of resources.

The ultimate concept of the foundation is to create an accomplished person to the society to prop up the future of the country while upgrading their social conditions.

OUR MISSION

To provide assistance to the students, who are unable to continue their education due to financial difficulties. The ultimate goal of this foundation is creating educated persons in order to fulfill the future requirements of the country
